I ordered a tuna footlong with all the vegetables alongside american cheese with barbaque sauce with honey mustard. We think it was a tuna salad, My husband at a 6 inch subway tuna sandwich about 12:00 noon on Friday, 3/22 and by Friday night (about 10 or 11:00 pm) he was violently ill (diarrhea, vomiting, aches, etc.)  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

Panera bread, My daughter and I each got a tuna sandwich, with 7 vegetable soup. Around 2-3pm hours later we both got explosive diarrhea. The next morning I'm still experiencing, so is she. Only comparable to what happens after I've taken a colon cleanse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Tuna and cheese melt from Costa coffee on 15/3/19 gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Was laid up for 36 hours and have physical damage to a tract in my stomach from the strain of vomiting violently for so long.
