Approximately 6 hours after eating Spicy McChicken sandwich from McDonald's I began having horrible stomach cramps, explosive watery diarrhea and so much projectile vomiting that I am now vomiting bile. I did not have mayo on the sandwich.

I took AG1 for about 5 days and had some severe bloating and nausea. I took a week off and then tried it again this morning.
