I ate a salad with chicken, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and grilled vegetables. I ate it for dinner around 8:45pm. Bad symptoms started about 2 1/2 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a bowl with black beans, rice, cheese, corn, salsa, lettuce and guac.
