5/21/19: Ordered a Chicken Bowl w/ White Rice, No Beans, Corn, Hot Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese, Guacamole, and Romaine Lettuce. I had on Tuesday around 5PM as I do every Tuesday, however later that evening I had severe diarrhea and Wednesday I vomited so much I had to leave my job for the day, it is now Friday and I am still having diarrhea, nausea, and a 102 fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
