Had a chicken bowl with brown rice, veggies, med salsa, corn and cheese. My fiancé had a chicken quesadilla. We both had headaches then the chills and then vomiting. Also had diarrhea through out the night. I normally get steak but this time I was wanting chicken.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

I had a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. My friend had the same except she had steak instead of chicken. Both of us had the same symptoms after about 2 hours: terrible stomach cramps leading to diarrhea and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
