Got a brown rice bowl with chicken and all 3 salsas around 1pm on 2/1/18. Got very nauseous during and had to leave early. On the drive home it all hit me as I was on the freeway.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate there Thursday night around 7 pm when I got home at 8:30 I had severe cramps and nausea . I ended up in and out of the restroom and the following morning I woke up nauseas and still needing to use the restroom .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate at the Kent state chipotle near down town Kent. I had a burrito bowl with just rice tomato salsa and corn salsa with some chips. I noticed the jalapeños in the corn salsa looked gross and withered so I picked some of them out. Anyways today I woke up vomiting. Had to miss class.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
