Ate steak and carnitas buritto bowl at 5. Started with headache and vomiting slightly at 12. Went to bed. Woke up at 3 to violent vomiting, cramps, etc.
Went to ER. STAY AWAY  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

Ate a chicken burrito bowl on 7/14/17 and have felt intermittent nausea ever since. Stomach discomfort/nausea is stemming from my abdomen to my throat. I had a chicken bowl, white rice, Mild, medium, hot, and corn salsa, cheese, and a side of carintas like usual. I only ate about half. I ate it around 8:30-9PM and woke up sick at 2:30-3AM  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
