I ordered my food (steak bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, tomato salsa, sour cream, cheesem and lettuce around 930pm. I started experiencing stomach pains and then diarrhea on and off several times until about 0100am now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from the cheese at Chipotle. That was the only item I had that was different from my family and none of them got sick. It ordered the food Friday, July 7th. I became ill around 3am the following day. Of note, the restaurant had no AC.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to Chipotle yesterday at around 7pm. Got sick at 9pm and it just got worse from there.

I love Chipotle still. Maybe the meat wasn't cooked enough I don't know. But please fix the issue because I love Chipotle. Thanks again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered a bowl with sofritas, and half way through my meal I noticed there was a piece of beef in my bowl ! I have not consumed meat for about 6 years due to personal beliefs. A few hours later I had diarreah and was feeling nauseated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
