I got the chicken rice bowl with guacamole around 2pm yesterday. It was the only thing I’ve eaten all day. Around 8pm I started feeling feverish and by 11pm I had temp of 100.4 with my stomach in cramps. My fever broke this am and cramps continue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
