Had a chicken burrito with queso. Symptoms of painful bowel cramping and frequent diarrhea began about 24-36 hours after eating and have persisted for 3 days so far; while the cause could have been some other food, I think this is the most likely cause.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Food looked suspect already. Still ate the food assuming everything would be fine immediately after my husband was sick throwing up down for the count the entire night a few hours later, I started to feel diarrhea and then threw up multiple times myself.
