I ordered food last night from chipotle. It was a chicken bowl with rice, lettuce, pinto beans, sour cream, and cheese. In the middle of the night, I had severe stomach cramps and it was vomiting. I also had cold sweats, chills, fever. I still have the pain in my stomach. This was pretty bad.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

I ate there at 11 when they opened and I'm so sick now, vomiting and diarrhea. It's 5pm. Definitely was the chipotle as I haven't had anything else but an orange.
