When: 1/30/2019 Order around 7pm (to-go order)
When symptoms started: 6:35 AM symptoms began with sharp achy pains all over my body. Headache ensued, and I felt like I wanted to vomit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache

was at night. staff seemed like they were ready to get out and had a lot of animosity towards each other for whatever was happening that night. food tasted fine until an hour later when i was stuck to my bathroom for the remainder of the night. DO NOT EAT AT CHIPOTLE  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
