I had a salad with carnitas, mild and medium salsa, and guac for dinner on January 9, 2018. I woke up multiple times in the night with horrible stomach pains. I finally got up at 5am feeling dehydrated and had diarrhea. My stomach pains and sickness continued throughout the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

My wife and I ate at Chipotle on Thursday, January 4th. By Saturday, my wife got extrememly sick and sent to hospital. I got sick less than 24 hours later with similar symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the steak burrito for lunch at around 1:30 pm. I felt sick at about 11 pm and it lasted all night. I felt nauseous, vomited and had diarrhea. I was unable to sleep.
