Had a salad with chicken for lunch at this location on Friday, July 14th. The very next day, had nausea and vomited 3 times. The next few days I had uncontrollable diarrhea. Had to miss my cousin's wedding in Connecticut. Very unhappy.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had Chipotle last night for dinner at the Grand Commons Ave Fairfax, VA location and since 6am I've had severe cases of diarrhea, nausea and a fever. I ate a bowl with brown rice, chicken, black beans, pico and guac.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Had a chicken burrito for dinner. In the early am stomach pains and gas set in. Then Nausea set in and the abrupt need to use the restroom.
