Ate burrito bowl from chipotle in the night. Next day vomited 13 times and felt dizzy before taking medicines and getting better. Did not eat any other outside food  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Bowl: steak, brown rice, black beans, fajitas, mild and hot, cheese, sour cream, guacamole.
Ate around 9:30.
Symptoms: vomiting at 1:00am.

Ate there march March 4 2017 at 6 pm. Got a steak bowl with corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese sourcream,and steal. 3 am I started throwing up. 4 hoUrsula I'm still throwing up. Severe diarrhea. I had a chicken bowl around 8pm on Friday March 3. I woke up at around 1am that night and vomited profusely. I then woke up many more times throughout the night with vomiting and/or diarreah. It is now 9pm on Saturday and I still can't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
