I got brown rice, chicken, tomatoe, sour cream, cheese and salad leaves. Immediately after eating my meal I was sick to my stomach. I was crippled over I had to leave work early. I could not breathe the pain was so intense. I ended up throwing up all night .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Got to chipotle a few minutes after they opened. Got a bowl to go with white rice, pinto beans, sofritas, medium and mild salsa. Corn, cheese, sour cream and guac. Two extra tortillas and a bag of chips.
