Had lunch at about 11.30am at BIG food court. Ordered hargow and fried prawn dumpling at MyDimsum. Started having pain around 2 - 3 hours later and had to camp out in the toilet  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I was had my first of their food in over 15years, tried the vegan burger with fries and a McFlurry. Within 48 hours I’ve got intense nausea, close to throwing up several times but trying not too. I have otherwise only eaten home made food this week and nothing unusual.  | Symptoms: Nausea
