Bought hamburger helper beef stroganoff, prepared today exactly according to package, within about 30-45 minutes after consuming 2 servings I started experiencing horrible cramps and gurgling abdominal sounds. Violent painful diarrhea ensued with nausea and heaving. Other symptoms include trembling /shivers.
