Yesterday, I believe it was ground beef purchased from here Started to become progressively ill 1 to 2 hours after consuming fully cooked ground beef made into spaghetti. Symptons progressed until tappering off at apptpximately 24 hours later (now).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
