Well it was frizen meatballs -I got sick about an hour later . Vomiting diarrhea . Lots of room for issues as they are frozen but you are unaware if store thawed it and refroze it , I was sick all week. It was a month ago or so.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Pretty sure Lucky Charms, he ate it about 5 or 6 hours ago. Now vomiting and feels like awful. Came on suddenly. I used two jars of Newman's Own Organic spaghetti sauce it was the olive oil basil and basil garlic in glass jars. There was an inch long piece of thick black rubber in one of the jars. It resembles gasket material. Very scary!

Either too much sliced pepperoni or melatonin gummies I ate pepperoni before bed and took 10mg of melatonin. I got dizzy and had bad stomach cramps. Then diarrhea that lasted through the night until about 11 am this morning.
