3 days ago, I believe it was their Turkey Tom sandwich  I purchased the sandwich, only me, next day, I ate half of the sandwich which contained turkey mayo lettuce tomato oregano and cheese the other half was the same minus the turkey   | Symptoms: Other, Diarrhea, Nausea

Had regular lulu sandwich with bacon, turkey, cheese, Mayo. Regular chips, cookie. Severe diarrhea and cramping with nausea within 30 minutes of eating, has lasted the rest of the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I ordered a catering box for my son's birthday party. We had 20 guest at our event and 8 out of the 20 had some style of food sickness. There was also pizza catered at the party, but the ones who strictly ate the sandwiches were complaining… See more
