About an hour after a sandwich for lunch and chicken noodle soup I had very severe diarrhea. Shortly after I started vomiting. The soup seemed to be what came back up while vomiting. Awful  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Cream of Chicken Wild Rice Soup. Ate the sandwich right away at lunch time and the wild soup about 30min later. Had the runs in the afternoon til 9pm that night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

yesterday, I preserving the bistro French onion soup and the half smokehouse bbq chicken. I ate the sandwich during lunch at noon and the soup about an hours later. Could not finished the soup and then in the afternoon had the runs til 3am in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
