Just an fyi and has been reported to the health department. Confirmed food poisoning from the Elgin McDonalds. My friend is still at urgent care in pretty bad shape. Please check the burgers before just handing off to your kids. She was driving and didnt catch the pink right away.

I ate chicken tenders that were undercooked and the roast beef sandwich I got was as pink as ham!!! This place is disgusting and full of chicks in "recovery." It's an outrage! I'm nauseous and lightheaded as ever and it's getting worse.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Lightheaded

Raw chicken inside the chicken avocado melt sandwich. Called customer service and they said that's how the chicken looks like when it's smoked. It doesn't appear to be cooked to me. It looks salmon pink. How can you serve this?
