Ate a few bites of a burrito that I purchased around 3 pm on January 13th. Felt nauseous shortly after and then vomiting and diarrhea were next. Thank God I had only a few bites. I was saving the rest for dinner. It was the first thing I ate that day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
