I went to Saltgrass in Lewisville, Tx and ate a small bowl of taco soup and a chicken fried steak. 4-5 hours later I was so sick. Throwing up with diarrhea. It was the sickest I have ever been. No one else ate the items I ate and they didn't get sick. This was the only meal I ate all day long.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had Serloin steak, garlic mash potatoes, Cesar salad, sweet tea with lemon, Mac and cheese. got sick in an hour. Lasted 30 hours haven’t ate anything because I’m still sick. Located across from Texas road house.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
