Went to steak n shake for dinner at around 4 PM with my boyfriend, I ordered the original double and cheese steak burger with everything except onions, fries, and a chocolate shake. Started feeling sick about a half hour after eating, got diarrhea, within 2 hours I was vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Visited steak and shake on 11/20/18 ad today, 11/23/18 my symptoms have worsened since last last night. I researched to see what kind of lettuce is used the the fried chicken salad, which is what I ate at steak and shake, to find out that iceberg and romaine lettuces are used.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate there At about 6:30 . I had chicken fingers with a extra finger , (two ranch , one buffalo ) and onion rings !!!!!! I got home at about 9 and instantly started feeling ill , nauseous, & was puking this weird color green look… See more
