I ordered a veggie sub with tomato, lettuce, cheese, Mayo, spinach, bell peppers and banana peppers. I ordered it on my lunch break at work and about 30 min after I ate it I started feeling light headed, nauseous and vomited.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded

Went to this location and got a foot long cold cut on Italian herb and cheese, with extra shredded cheese, lettuce, onions, peppers, extra mayo and a tiny bit of pepper. About 20 minutes after I ate it, it wasn’t sitting right. But then felt really tired… See more

Ate a footlong cold cut with bacon on the Italian cheese bread. Added bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch and salt and pepper. Cramping and diarrhea. Thought it was a nice lunch with the family but had cramps last time too. No more of it for me I guess.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
