Ordered a cold cut footlong with mustard, mayo, extra pickles, and salt and pepper around 8pm last night. Started vomiting and diarrhea around 4am. This happens to me every time I eat at this location.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I brought their melt earlier today at about 6.40pm. Ordered multigrain with lettuces and tomatoes, chili and honey mustard. 20 mins after eating, I experienced diarrhoea and I vomiting about 10 times. My stomach is still cramping now although my vomiting stopped  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Ordered Chicken Teriyaki at 1700hrs on Monday 02 May. Had eaten nothing else apart from toast in the morning at home and packet of MM at lunch. Had it with Honey Mustard Sauce, was sick at 2330hrs with Vomiting, Diarrhea and headache. Still have diarrhea and headache on 04 May  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
