Ate at 2:00 pm yesterday . Had a Subway Club on Italian Herb and Cheese with pepper Jack cheese with Spinach, Pickles , Black Olives. And Jalapenos with mayonnaise. Was the only thing I ate yesterday . Started noticing nauseous around 8 and threw up with diarrhea.… See more

Ate Subway today at 2:30pm. I had the Italian BMT with spinach, cucumbers, banana peppers, olives mayo, oil, vinegar. I got diarrhea 4:30pm along with vomiting. It's 8:21pm and I feel worse. Cramping, vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate at the subway in Walmart yesterday. I got a spicy Italian with Swiss cheese, olives, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, spinach, and mustard. The symptoms started the day after!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
