Saturday 4/7/18, ate Cobb salad, ranch dressing, fries, soda. Within an hour and a half had very urgent diarrhea, now 20x in the last 24 hrs, today developed stomach pain cramping and fever chills body aches. Ate fish and chips for lunch on Sunday 3/25. Started feeling achy and had a headache that evening. By midnight my fever was over 101. I had very flu like symptoms. Doctor thought it was the flu.
