Ate two vegetable springs rolls and then the Vegetable Biryani meal and that night got awful food poisoning. Started with awful diahrea that wouldn’t stop even with pepto bismol, and then woke up in he might projectvile vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Started yesterday afternoon. Not sure if it is food poisoning or flu. But no vomiting. Just have diarrhea and stomach cramps and I did have a fever. Possibly their frozen chicken tikka masala.
