- comments: menu does not disclose and inform consumers of the specific menu items that are raw or undercooked and a potential hazard of consuming such food. Foods such as undercooked eggs. - comments: large cutting board noted improperly stored on the floor and directly next to employees personal belongings in the rear dish area. Must remove/properly store.

- comments: observed several raw wooden 2x4 planks with cloth stapled to one side inside the walk-in cooler. The manager states they are used to cook bagels on in the oven. Instructed all food contact cooking equipment/utensils must be smooth, cleanable, and able to wash, rinse and sanitize. Must remove wood 2x4's from the premises.

- comments: the exterior and top of the dish washing machine dirty with excessive debris and unkown white powder. Must remove, clean and maintain.

- comments: instructed to remove the threaded nozzle from the nozzle of the one compartment prep sink to prevent the attachment of a hose.

- comments: observed a rubber hose attached to the prep area one compartment prep sink. No air gap located on the hose or backflow prevention device installed on faucet. End of the hose on the bottom of the sink. The manager removed the hose attached to the sink during the inspection. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.

- comments: noted the brick wall in the washroom with open holes/seams/crevices. Must seal all openings in the wall. ----floors under the rear metal rack storage and bulk flour storage with dirt and debris. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: must provide light shields or shatter proof bulbs for the lighting inside the exhaust hood above the grill.
