Hard shell taco and nacho fries with cheese. I ate 1 hard shell taco with 1 packet of hot sauce, an order of nacho fries with a side of cheese, and a Cherry Pepsi. I was alone so it was just me that got sick. Symptoms started 2 hours on the dot after consuming.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Sabra hummus I'm the only one who ate it. Was perfectly fine until about 1 hour after I had it.  Violent stomach ache, Diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. It was ordered through Peapod which is a grocery delivery service for them, I don't know where the deliveries originate from.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
