我们一家人于 19 年 1 月 14 日在 Applebee 的餐室用餐。我和我丈夫都有牛腩炸玉米饼，上面有洋葱圈和炸薯条。第二天早上，我醒来时腹泻非常严重，然后全天至少呕吐六次。症状在 16 日有所缓解，但即使在今天（17 日）我也无法进食，而且非常恶心且对气味敏感。由于严重的腹泻和呕吐，我丈夫今天不得不提早下班。我们既虚弱又精疲力尽，发烧进出。

我们中的一个人在 Chick-fil-A 吃了没问题，另一个人病得很重疼痛始于食用食物时我们俩总是吃同样的东西但是那个时候我们没有吃同样的东西，他非常痛苦然后呕吐他在抱怨胃痉挛今天是第四天第一天只是最后一天很痛苦三天越来越糟对我来说听起来像是大肠杆菌我肯定想去商店把货架上的东西拿下来这样就不会再有人生病了至少还要检查一下冷热发冷以及你所说的以上所有内容都会出现严重的胃痉挛等等
