Ate at 6:45pm I had the steak bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, sour cream and corn with lettuce. My dad had carnita bowl with white rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, guac and lettuce with hot sauce. Within an hour our stomachs hurt. Severe nausea and diarrhea. 我吃了一个装有糙米、斑豆、牛排、温和的莎莎酱、玉米、奶酪、酸奶油和生菜的碗。我意识到牛排在吃的时候略带红色和颜色偏差，但是因为无论出于什么原因，都柏林的 Chipotles 都倾向于提供非常稀有的边缘生牛排。我总是得到相同的订单，这可能是我第五次或第六次食物中毒。在吃碗的一半时，我感觉到腹部有明显的拖船，然后出现了严重的抽筋。不久之后，我基本上驱逐了我吃过的所有东西，感觉很恶心。这种情况持续了几个小时才能自行解决。当我喝大量的水时，抽筋并不那么痛苦（尽管这意味着更多的 “排出” 水，但也会使它更快地消失）。

在下午 2 点 30 分左右吃了鸡肉沙拉 1/12/17。下午 3 点 30 分左右，我开始感到恶心和胃部不适。30 分钟后，我把所有的沙拉、鸡肉和鳄梨调味酱都吐出来了。我吃了好 3-4 次，直到我没有更多的食物可以扔掉。剩下的时间里我头疼肚子疼。

对于 Chiptotle 管理：于 2017 年 1 月 12 日下午 2 点左右订购。我点了一个鸡肉沙拉，里面有糙米、黑豆、温和热的莎莎酱、玉米和鳄梨调味酱。可能是莎莎里的洋葱？还是那个豆子？我无法确定它。我把它吃了一半然后停了下来。不管是什么，这让我真的很恶心。

chicken burrito bowl with hot salsa, corn, lettuce, and black beans. Ate around 1:30 pm. Not sure if Chipolte was the cause, but I felt sick the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I bought a large size cheese pizza with two toppings (pine apple and Jalapeño) for my 11 years old daughter on November 24. Right after she ate , she started vomiting and had diarrhea. It got so bad that she can't hold even a water in her stomach any more . Please stop poisoning people.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a #10 Tuna Sandwich, the jersey mike way. I felt listless, about 30min later and actually fell asleep in the parking lot where the location of the sandwich shop is. A couple of hours later after I arrived home, i felt like i was on fire.… 更多
