I ate at the Olive Garden at 7655 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226.

We had calamari for appetizer, house salad, tour of italy course(Shrimp Scampi, Spinach Ricotta Mezzaluna Ravioli with Pesto Alfredo, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Symptoms started within 30 min to an hour eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I always eat here and have never had a problem until now. Ordered around 4pm and was delivered a slim 5 and some chips around 10-15 minutes later. Around 4:30am I was vomiting and had diarrhea like never before. Currently still in bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我有两个 Whopper 三明治，我相信上面有培根 10 块鸡块和 3 个薯条我想我也喝中小号和大号，所以它会喝两杯苏打水我相信一个是百事可乐当博士的时候。Pepper 我想说的是，在摄入食物大而强壮的胃抽筋大约 5 个小时后，感觉早上 4 点左右就是 1 月 14 日星期六发生这种情况，从那以后我已经呕吐了 3 次现在是 9:21，我最后一次吐是早上 7 点 20 分，我还在抽筋非常糟糕的是，我在发抖，发抖，恶心，还没测量她的体温然后去看医生，也无法保持任何种类的液体或食物下来，因为它们呕吐的时候它马上就会出来，而且在呕吐的整个过程中都会出现腹泻，汉堡王从 Jewell 和 Kipling 身上扔掉Parkway 和我以前去过那里，从来没有注意到食物有任何问题，但是考虑到在我讨厌汉堡王和剧烈疼痛之前我整天都没吃过任何东西，我认为这就是问题所在
