I ate a taco salad for dinner with the shell, 1/2 steak and 1/2 chicken at 6:30 pm last night. I woke up with an upset stomach around 1 am, and the at 3pm started having severe diarrhea and nausea. It is now 5pm the next evening and I still have an upset stomach and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

November 18, 2018 My husband and I both had the cheese burgers with lettuce, tomoates, pickles and ketchup. We both had fried and a soda. Within 5 hours we both were very sick and had to miss work Monday November 19, 2018. The location was in centennial Co.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我订购了一个牛排碗，里面有 fajita、豆类、温和的莎莎酱和奶酪。老实说，我以为牛排看起来很奇怪，然后问了工人，但是我看上去很粗鲁，排队里挤满了人。我吃了饭，之后因呕吐、腹泻、发烧和发冷而病得很重。我的胃有可怕的疼痛。

I ate a pork and Barbacoa burrito with pico, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, white rice and black beans for dinner around 6pm. At 11pm I started vomiting and have since vomited all throughout the night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Hamachi辣椒（鰤鱼，橙子，辣椒，橙子），布鲁塞尔芽菜，清酒托罗刺身（鲑鱼肚），zoro sen（鰤鱼，鳄梨，葱，香菜），Namahotate（dayboat扇贝），柿子（牡蛎，泡菜，酸橙，辣根）

任何菜都没有修改。不消耗酒精。

吃完饭大约 5 小时后，我醒来时感到极度恶心，然后呕吐了大约 3 个小时。发冷和恶心一直持续到第二天。
