My family of five ate here on Wednesday night. Friday morning I started vomiting and had diarrhea. Then my daughter and one son. My Friday night, my husband and other son were also sick. Our best guess is that it was the lettuce or the beef.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Both my children got two hotdogs each from portillos around 6pm yesterday evening. They started having nausea and vomitting at about 11pm throughout the night and into the morning. We have not been to a doctor yet, but they were both perfectly healthy before this.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
