除了芋头奶茶外，我什么都没喝或吃任何东西。喝了半杯后我头疼得很厉害，有点呼吸急促，感觉胸口有东西压着，想扔掉，我呕吐了几次，布洛芬没有帮助头痛，因为每次我进去我都会扔掉。

Chicken bowl with brown rice, hot salsa, cheese, and sour cream. Incident occurred on 8/10/2107 at 12:15 pm. A trip to the emergency room for 2 IV bags with an anti-nausea medicine was necessary as I became severely dehydrated from the vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
