来吃晚饭。吃过炸鸡和海藻乌冬面。18 小时后出现腹部痉挛和水样腹泻伴发烧/发冷？沙门氏菌。我注意到面条碗洗完后没有干燥。不确定是由于未煮熟的鸡肉还是由于交叉污染。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 其他, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战

I had on 12/20/2019. I had a cheeseburger and fries. I’m pretty sure it was the lettuce that did it. I ate around 1 pm and started feeling symptoms at 545. I was nauseous then started vomiting and diarrhea for the next six hours. I wasn’t able to sleep all night but the symptoms stopped.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
