我们三个人生活在一起。晚餐时，我丈夫和朋友吃了我们最近在 Holden Big Y 买的烤箱准备的冷冻 Green Giant Veggie Tots。大约 5 小时后，我丈夫和朋友都因胃痉挛和腹泻而生病。我丈夫呕吐了；我的朋友没有。我没事。我丈夫感到颤抖和寒冷，但我们没有测量他的体温。24 小时后我丈夫没事；我的朋友抽筋挥之不去。包裹上的日期是 2019 年 3 月 15 日，也是在 4i 2 22:59 M1 之后打印的

I went to Mcdonalds drive thru in Clinton MA came home to find a RAW burger in my quarter pounder box!It was inside the bun with cheese ketchup and mustard on it! This was a deliberate act! Went back to manager who cared less. GROSS!

I got Boneless Teriyaki Wings with Carrots and ranch dressing as well as some cheese curds and one of the Black Cherry Limeades (also water) and I hardly ate anything the only thing I finished were the carrots and now my stomach is in knots and I feel like vomiting and I have diarrhea!  | 症状: 恶心

2018 年 4 月 29 日，我在梅休因的 Chipotle 吃过饭。我买了平常的墨西哥卷饼，里面有鸡肉、玉米、酸奶油、奶酪和鳄梨调味酱！大约 2 小时后，我开始出现非常严重的胃痛... 然后开始发冷然后开始出汗非常严重... 之后整个 9 码都紧随其后！我是常客，这非常令人失望-可悲的是连想不出再吃一次！

这发生在 4 月 21 日凌晨 4 点，当时我和女儿共进晚餐。我们点了一个开胃菜（碎牛肉），2 个主菜（一只鸡肉一个牛肉），我喝了一杯蜂蜜酒。离开后的 45 分钟内，我出现了严重的胃痉挛、恶心和头晕。我是。我女儿没有酒，牛肉主菜也很少，所以一定是牛肉主菜。
