7 月 30 日星期日中午左右吃了 chipotle。用黑豆、白米饭、guac、奶酪、酸奶油、热莎莎和玉米莎莎一起吃了素食卷饼。那天晚上开始出现胃痉挛。第二天下午 3 点左右开始出现严重的腹泻，伴有呕吐和发冷。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战
