Steak burrito bowl. Steak, guacamole, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese. Steak tasted funny almost fishy and rotten. Symptoms started 6-8 hours after consumption.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

来自密苏里州罗拉麦当劳的巨无霸和沙拉-我们在下午 6 点左右在那里吃饭，到凌晨 5 点我病得很重。我最后去了医院，我的实验室结果显示我的细菌数量是我的 4 倍。他们诊断出患有急性胃肠炎，即食物中毒。我以为我会死的我生病了 6 天。

2019 年 1 月 3 日，我购买了 2 英尺长的潜艇，其中一个是冷切三重奏小麦，里面有生菜、西红柿、青椒、黄瓜、红洋葱、普通蛋黄酱和普通的黄芥末酱。第二个是带有青椒和红洋葱的肉丸marinara潜艇。我和我的三个孩子吃了这个，然后在 1 月 4 日醒来时感觉很不舒服，所有腹泻都呕吐了所有胃痉挛，肚脐周围和胃的右侧都像地狱一样疼痛。
