January 16th had 2 burritos made by an unlicensed member of the church who sells the burritos and donates the processes. Got very ill after eating burritos and it caused vomiting diarrehea and naseua. I felt GI pain too for weeks. Its illegal to make and sell… 更多

Doctor appointment is set for later today. My son ate the fire cracker shrimp pasta plate from Applebees last night around 530pm and by 8pm he was vomiting, nauseas, feverish and running to the bathroom. His symptoms have not eased up since last night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Back in 2008, I ate chicken enchiladas with shredded lettuce on the side. Approximately 3 hours later, nausea and vomiting started, followed by diarrhea which turned into almost pure blood. Blood in stool for months after. Went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with E. Coli.… 更多
