I went and bought I burrito with brown rice chicken lettuce and sour cream and when I got home I ate the burrito and it was good nothing seemed wrong with it but at 3am this morning I woke up out of no where and started vomiting so I drank a Gatorade to stop vomiting but then i had diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I at there Thursday 7/19 and have had stomach cramps and diarrhea since. I hade Turkey, Stuffing, carrots, gravy and Fries. Everything tasted normal but I start feeling sick within a few minutes of leaving there. And still have the same symptoms 48 hours later.

2017 年 7 月 1 日，我吃了土耳其切达干酪培根 CIABATTA，吃了几个部分甜甜圈来尝试，因为我以前从未吃过邓肯甜甜圈。我有一部分装有巧克力的甜甜圈（一种粉状的甜甜圈，里面有巧克力蛋糕糖霜的味道），部分特色甜甜圈上釉，里面有巧克力条纹和水果馅，还有几个助手。munchkin 甜甜圈洞。物品在上午 10:10 至上午 10:48 之间被消耗。然后我开车回家俄亥俄州的瓦帕科内塔，自从我前一天晚上三班工作并且还没睡觉以来就放下了下来。下午 3 点 40 分左右，我因发冷、背痛、严重的腹部痉挛、腹痛呼吸困难和腹泻而从睡眠中醒来。下午 4 点 32 分，我联系了我的雇主，让他们知道我感觉不舒服，并提供备份保险，以防我无法上班（原定于当天晚上 10 点 30 分开始）。我告诉他们我的症状和疑似食物中毒，但我不确定，因为我以前从未发生过食物中毒，到目前为止还没有呕吐。此后不久就开始呕吐了，在接下来的十二个小时内我有四集。第二天，2017 年 7 月 2 日上午 11 点 15 分左右，我去了俄亥俄州 Wapakoneta 紧急护理。我得到了一种药片服用舌下含服药，然后在紧急护理中溶解后吞咽，还有一个完全相同的药丸的脚本调用到 CVS 中，每 6 个小时服用一次以阻止恶心和呕吐。紧急护理还命令第二天进行 X 光检查，以排除胃溃疡出血，根据严重的腹痛和呕吐物的颜色（呕吐物），他们认为我可能是胃溃疡出血。如果症状恶化，他们确实指示我去急诊。
