11 月 4 日晚上 23 点 30 分订购了双层牛排碗白米平托豆奶酪生菜红酱酸奶油和玉米，晚上 8 点之前发生了爆炸性腹泻，呕吐恶心和疼痛。自从今天 11 月 4 日是 11 月 6 日以来，我一直无法保持任何液体或食物，我必须服用静脉注射液。为了保持水分和警觉。我再也不会在那里吃东西不值得生病了！

My girlfriend and I shared a spicy chicken sandwich, a regular chicken sandwich, macaroni, cole slaw, and fries. We proceeded to vomit the entire meal up one right after the other about 3 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Husband and I both ate chicken and gnocchi soup. He had spaghetti and meatballs and I had five cheese ziti around 5pm. By 6pm both in the bathroom with horrible gut cramps and diarrhea. I vomited once after leaving restaurant. Chicken looked pink and translucent in soup.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I picked up a grab and go roast beef and blue cheese sandwich around mid day October 29th at this market and by the end of the afternoon I had all of the symptoms of food poisoning. Most symptoms had subsided within 12 hours of ingestion.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
