My family ate McDonald's for lunch yesterday on 12/30. They said their burgers were cold, and it tasted odd. Around 2 or 3 today on 12/31 all three of them started to get sick and have been throwing up and having diarrhea for quite some time now. 2018 年 9 月 11 日星期二晚上，我女儿和父亲一起在橄榄园共进晚餐。她不饿，因为她在两个小时前在朋友家吃过饭。她点了一份普通的沙拉，但只吃了一两口，然后决定把剩下的东西带回家。服务员告诉她，他会为她打包一份新鲜的沙拉，因为她没吃的沙拉很快就会枯萎，因为它已经有调味料了。
她把一个装在塑料外卖容器中的大沙拉带回家，然后立即存放在冰箱里。
她在星期三（第二天晚上）吃了沙拉作为晚餐。它不含肉制品，只有普通的花园沙拉。
第二天早上，她醒来时胃痛剧烈和抽筋，持续了一整天，周五整天。周五晚上，她开始出现无法控制的腹泻和呕吐，直到清晨。
