Ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, peppers, tomatoes, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce l on Wed. 8/2 in the evening. Around 3AM woke up with indigestion/chest pains. Shortly after began vomiting periodically for the next 90 minutes.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在 7 月 14 日星期五下午 5 点 30 分左右吃了 Chipotle，特别是一个半鸡半牛排卷饼碗，里面有微微，中等莎莎，奶酪和玉米。（我会从信用卡对账单中获得确切的时间）这是我去圣托马斯家庭度假之前吃的最后一顿饭。直到那个星期六晚上（7 月 15 日）晚上 11 点左右，我才从冷汗和恶心中醒来。五分钟后我猛烈地呕吐。呕吐持续了一整夜，每 30 分钟就像钟表一样发生一次。真的感觉就像海蛇在我体内。在每次呕吐过程中，我都出汗无法控制，每次会议之后都会发出一波冷休克，在接下来的 15/20 分钟内发抖。我整晚都在浴室地板上度过，估计扔了 6/7 次。症状不止于此，我整个晚上直到早晨都有无法控制的腹泻。（我知道很愉快...）这是迄今为止我经历过的最痛苦的疾病。第二天没那么好。我非常虚弱和头晕。我试图用食物和水为我的身体加油，但似乎没有任何效果。直到那天晚上晚些时候我才终于开始上升。不幸的是，该病毒还没有完成其毁灭之路。正如我提到的，我的家人正在圣托马斯度假。我们所有 15 个人都住在同一栋别墅里。原来我在弗吉尼亚州斯特林的 Tripleseven 的那个 Chipotle 被污染的任何病毒都具有极强的传染性。第二天晚上我的另外两个家庭成员生病了，呕吐症状类似。他们俩都解释说，病毒感觉好像在他们的胃里还活着... 此外，请与我联系，因为我正在努力防止这种情况再次发生，并通过我的信用卡对账单证明我不得不经历这种情况。

I had chicken and cheese tacos from the chipotle and sat down at a table to eat them in the restaurant. I went on Friday, July 7th. On Sunday the 9th in the morning I began to throw up and felt extremely nauseous afterward. I continued to throw up every few hours until Tuesday the 11th.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

We ordered 2 large pizzas and two orders of wings fro
Papa Johns on Hull Street rd in Midlothian VA. My wife and I became very ill that evening and into the next day. My kida did not eat the wings and were not ill, they did eat the pizza with out incident.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
