Ordered a chicken bowl with white rice, peppers, tomatoes, medium salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce l on Wed. 8/2 in the evening. Around 3AM woke up with indigestion/chest pains. Shortly after began vomiting periodically for the next 90 minutes.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

So this happened a few years ago. Had the Bacon Turkey Bravo and everything went south. I'm thankfully it held out until I got home but once I got home, diarrhea, vomiting, chills, sweats, body aches insued. This lasted most of the night. I had chicken and cheese tacos from the chipotle and sat down at a table to eat them in the restaurant. I went on Friday, July 7th. On Sunday the 9th in the morning I began to throw up and felt extremely nauseous afterward. I continued to throw up every few hours until Tuesday the 11th.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
