Naked burrito with chicken, white rice, black beans, bacon, bbq sauce, mild queso, sour cream, cheese and quacamole. Hard shell tacos with ground beef, bbq sauce, cheese, sour cream and quacamole. Painful stomach cramps followed by diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I ordered a Salad. Chicken, pico de gaio, black beans,sour cream, cheese. Ate less than half. Started feeling nauseous around 4, didn't eat anything after the chipotle. Threw up around 8:00.  | 症状: 恶心

On March 6, I ate the chicken salad with black beans, mild salsa, cheese and salad dressing at 11am and became nauseous at 215pm. By 230 I was vomiting and had diarrhea which has only gotten worse. I have not been able to keep anything down since… 更多
